What we store, why we store it, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted.

Who is responsible

When you book with a shop listed here, that shop is also responsible for your details. We hold them on the shop's behalf so it can run its diary; the shop decides how it uses them after that.
What we store

We do not store card or wallet numbers. Payments go to the provider named below, and we keep only their reference for the transaction and whether it succeeded.
Who else sees it
The shop you booked with sees your booking and contact details. Nobody else does — not other shops, and not other customers. We do not sell or share your details for advertising.

Our own support staff can open a shop's dashboard to help with a problem. Those sessions are read-only, time-limited, recorded, and the shop owner is emailed afterwards saying it happened.
What you can ask for
Write to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] and we will: tell you what we hold about you; correct anything wrong; or delete it.
Deletion removes your name, phone number and email. Where a booking is a shop's business record, the appointment itself stays as an anonymous entry — a time and a service with nobody attached — because removing it would change the shop's own takings history. Nothing identifying you remains in it.
Cookies
Two kinds. One keeps you signed in, and the site does not work without it. The other is the visitor identifier above, which counts page views and bookings for the shop. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your details, we will say so on this page and date it. Last updated [DATE].
